ORDERS
All orders placed on the site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Viveiros Cultiflor.
Orders can only be made after registering on the online store and accepting the following "Terms and Conditions."
Adding items to your online shopping cart is subject to stock availability and price changes.
If changes occur while browsing the site or finalizing the order, the customer must accept the updated price displayed, without exceptions.
Prices on the site include VAT at the prevailing rate. If the VAT rate changes, corresponding adjustments will be made.
For in-store pickup, the customer only pays for Viveiros Cultiflor products. When choosing this option, the pickup must be completed within one week of order placement.
Viveiros Cultiflor is not responsible for product damage if the items are not collected within the specified one-week period.
For orders shipped via courier, the price includes Viveiros Cultiflor product costs and shipping fees.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Payment options include Bank Transfer, Multibanco Reference, or MB WAY.
To receive an invoice, customers must provide billing details (name or entity, tax number, and address) in the designated section.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing and shipping information provided. Viveiros Cultiflor is not liable for errors in these details.
Orders made through the online store are shipped to mainland Portugal and Spain. For orders to the Azores or Madeira, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 14 days.
Shipping is completed within 2 to 4 days after payment is successfully processed and authorized by financial institutions.
Viveiros Cultiflor will deliver the order to the specified address as quickly as possible, considering availability and demand.
If someone at the provided address receives the order, it is assumed the delivery is completed and authorized.
Viveiros Cultiflor is not responsible for delays or mishandling by the courier service.
To change the address or delivery date of an order already dispatched, customers must contact the courier directly.
Once delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss.
Viveiros Cultiflor reserves the right to limit quantities sold to resellers, distributors, or end consumers to retail quantities.
Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting Viveiros Cultiflor promptly using the available support channels.
Plants delivered may not match the photos displayed. Viveiros Cultiflor reserves the right to prune plants for better appearance.
RETURN POLICY
Viveiros Cultiflor prides itself on choosing the best products for its customers, but even the best products can deteriorate or suffer from weather or transport conditions, and we cannot guarantee the condition in which they arrive at their destination.
The customer must check upon receiving the order if it meets all the agreed-upon conditions and qualities. If not, they must contact Viveiros Cultiflor immediately.
Natural flowers and plants are perishable goods, so returns of orders will not be accepted after delivery, unless the product is defective or there is a clear error on the part of Viveiros Cultiflor.
If this is the case, we only accept return requests made within the first 48 hours after receiving the order. If the request is made after the stipulated period, our company will not accept any type of return.
Returns of plants and items from the online store are only accepted if there is a valid reason, and if the request is accompanied by a photo proving the situation and the corresponding purchase invoice, sent to lojaonline@viveiroscultiflor.pt.
To be eligible for a return, the order must be in the exact condition it was received, and in its packaging. The customer must preserve the goods so they can be returned in the proper condition, with all their components, accessories, and original packaging. The customer may, with due care, inspect and handle the item. They must refrain from cutting leaves, dividing the plant, or handling the root.
Upon receiving your request, and if it is verified that it meets all the conditions referred to in points 3, 4, 5, and 6 above, the customer will be given instructions on how and where to return the order.
The costs of returning the item to Viveiros Cultiflor are the customer's responsibility.
After the data has been processed and the item arrives at our facilities, we will verify that the plant was properly packaged and shows no signs of damage.
If any of the requirements mentioned in the previous number are not met, or if the justification for the return is not corroborated by the facts, the return request may be refused by Viveiros Cultiflor.
Viveiros Cultiflor does not accept returns of gift cards or of cards and postcards that have accompanied orders intended as gifts.
After we confirm that you are entitled to a return, the value of the item(s) will be made available for the customer to use in a future purchase from the Viveiros Cultiflor online store.

In addition to allergies, Viveiros Cultiflor is not liable for any sleep disturbances, respiratory issues, dermatological conditions, or ophthalmological problems that may result from contact with its plants.
The Leiria District Court is deemed competent to resolve any disputes arising from the interpretation and application of these Terms.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the “Terms and Conditions” and understand the conditions that apply to their orders.
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may refer to the National Consumer Conflict Information and Arbitration Center (CNIACC):
